Your appointment

However you choose to contact us we may offer you a consultation:

  • by phone
  • face to face at the surgery
  • on a video call
  • by text or email.

Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often means the doctor or nurse can help you sooner.

To cancel your appointment:

  • use your NHS account (on the NHS website or in the NHS app)
  • reply CANCEL to your appointment reminder text message
  • phone us on 020 3697 1760, Monday to Friday, when we are open

Haringey Federation Hubs

Need to see a GP or nurse in the evening or at the weekend?

Appointments are now available for all patients registered at any Haringey practice:

  • Monday to Friday: 6:30pm to 8:30pm
  • Saturday and Sunday: 8am to 8pm
Contact your GP practice or call 0330 053 9499 during the above hub opening hours to book an appointment at one of the following locations.

Please note opening hours will vary between hubs:

  • Somerset Gardens Family Health Centre (NE), 4 Creighton Road, London N17 8NW
  • Lawrence House (SE), 107 Philip Lane, London, N15 4JR
  • Bounds Green Group Practice (Central), Gordon Road, London N11 2PF
  • Queenswood Medical Practice (West), 151 Park Road, London N8 8JD
You can make an appointment if you are registered at any practice in Haringey. You will be able to see a local Haringey GP or healthcare professional. It may be someone from your practice, and if not, it will be another local GP, Practice Nurse or Healthcare Assistant.

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Please tell us:

  • If there's a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond.
  • If you would prefer to consult with the doctor or nurse by phone, face-to-face, by video call or by text or email.
  • If you need an interpreter.
  • If you have any other access or communication needs.

If you are housebound and need an appointment, we will do a home visit. We will phone you first to understand what you need. To request a home visit, it's helpful if you phone the practice before 11am 020 3697 1760. You can also:

  • visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist, Monday to Friday, when we are open
